A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days from when the initial deposit was made.

The client has 5 days to cancel our styling concierge service at no additional cost but the deposit is non-refundable.

We recommend our clients schedule services throughout the year. If a service is not redeemed within that service term, it can’t be made up.

Contracts can not be altered once made and signed. You have to finish your first styling concierge service before requesting another.

Absolutely! Every service is delivered like it's your first time. We wouldn't cheat you out of the whole experience.

We request a minimal clothing budget of $500-$2,000 a month. Freeing up your budget allows us to bring you the best pull options available.

We’re not responsible for any purchasing of clothes or accessories. All purchases must be made from the client's approved budget.

For your safety, all transactions must be handled electronically. Clothing budget can be sent via Zelle, Cashapp, Pay Pal, or to avoid transfers, we also can hold on to the client's credit card for purchasing needs.

Yes. All proof of purchase will be sent via email after service for your accounting records

You can schedule as many Special Occasion services whenever you would like. However, you are only allotted the amount detailed in the specific contract term.
