The Special Occasion service allows us to work with you to create a more specific look for a special occasion that fits your personal style and aligns with your lifestyle and budget. Before going shopping with your discussed clothing budget, I’ll ask you questions about your goals and needs so that we can get clear on what you really need for that special moment.

FAQ

  • A 50% or full deposit is required to secure all bookings and is non-refundable. A final invoice will be discussed with the client.

  • Special occasions include, but are not limited to, red carpets, award ceremonies, birthdays, prom, weddings, etc…

  • We request for a minimal clothing budget of $500-$1,000. Freeing up your budget allows us to bring you the best pull options available.

  • We’re not responsible for any purchasing of clothes or accessories. All purchases must be made from the client's approved budget.

  • For your safety, all transactions must be handled electronically. Clothing budget can be sent via Zelle, Cashapp, Pay Pal, or to avoid transfers, we also can hold on to the client's credit card for purchasing needs.

  • Yes. All proof of purchase will be sent via email after service for your accounting records.

  • You’re allowed up to 1 pull revision. We schedule another presentation day and make sessions based on the new pull collection.

  • By the third pull, I charge the client for an additional  (1) pull day, (1) present-day , and (1) return day. That totals 24 hours that’s invoices at a half-hourly rate. That rate equals $37.50 an hour billed for a total of 24 hours. That equals $900.00 in addition to the $600.00 for a total of $1,500.00 for service.

  • You’re more than welcome to end service at any time. However, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • We’re more than happy to plan a shopping trip day with you. The client will be invoiced for all trips outside of a 25-mile radius of East Lansing at a charge of .55 a mile.

  • No. You will have the opportunity to decide what you want to spend at that moment.

  • All alterations are noted at fitting and sent to the tailor after the appointment. Alterations and/or rush costs are due the same day and garments will be delivered once completed before the special occasion.
